HARRISON FISHER

(Brooklyn, Nova Iorque, EUA, 27 de julho de 1875 ou 1877 – Manhattan, Nova Iorque, EUA, 19 de janeiro de 1934)

Filho e neto de artistas, começou a desenhar cedo. Passou grande parte de sua juventude em São Francisco e estudou na San Francisco Art Association. Em 1898 voltou para Nova York e começou sua carreira como ilustrador de jornais e revistas. Ficou conhecido particularmente por seus desenhos de mulheres, que lhe renderam aclamação como o sucessor de Charles Dana Gibson.  Seus trabalhos apareceram regularmente na capa da revista Cosmopolitan do início de 1900 até sua morte.
